Meet Nada

Hi, I’m Nada, a therapist dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming space where you can feel understood and supported. I take a holistic approach to mental health, blending different therapeutic techniques to fit your unique needs. Kindness, empathy, and cultural sensitivity are at the heart of my practice, and I believe in helping you explore your journey while honoring your personal identity and cultural heritage. I aim to be alongside you as you navigate challenges, grow, and make meaningful changes in your life.

  • I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Rutgers University. I also earned a master's in psychological counseling from Columbia University, where I focused on women's mental health and multicultural counseling.

  • I have experience working in three private practices, one Employee Assistance Program (EAP) company, and one community center, which has given me a diverse understanding of client needs and therapeutic approaches. This background has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care tailored to each individual's journey.

  • Inspired by the meaning of "khair," which signifies goodness and positive transformation, we foster a therapeutic space that honors diverse identities and experiences.
